Not yet — this version uses quality presets (High, Medium, Low) and shows you the resulting size. Exact target-size is planned for a later update.

Why did the resolution change?

Lower presets scale the video down (for example to 720p or 480p) so the file gets meaningfully smaller; the output resolution is shown with the result.

Which format does it output?

It outputs MP4 (H.264), which plays almost everywhere. More output formats may follow.
