Terms of Service
These are the plain-language terms for using TrackMix. By using the site and its tools, you agree to them. We've kept them short and honest.
The short version
TrackMix is a free set of audio tools that run entirely in your browser. There's no account, nothing is uploaded, and the tools are provided as-is. You're responsible for the files you process and for having the right to use them.
Using TrackMix
- Free, no account. The tools are free to use with no sign-up. We may add an optional paid tier in the future; the core privacy promise won't change.
- Your files, your responsibility. You must own or have permission to edit, convert, or process any audio you use with TrackMix. Don't use the tools for content you don't have the rights to, or for anything unlawful.
- Don't abuse the service. Don't attempt to disrupt the site, reverse its protections, or use it to infringe others' rights.
Your content stays yours
Because all processing happens locally in your browser, your audio never reaches us — see the Privacy Policy. We claim no ownership of, and have no access to, the files you work with.
Provided "as-is"
TrackMix is offered without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make the tools reliable, but we can't guarantee they'll be error-free, available at all times, or fit for a particular purpose. Always keep a copy of your original files.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TrackMix and its maker are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) the tools, including any loss of data or audio. You use the tools at your own discretion and risk.
Third-party links & ads
The site may link to third-party sites and, to stay free, may show advertising on tool pages. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of third parties; their own terms and policies apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as TrackMix grows (for example, when a paid tier launches). The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version; continued use means you accept the changes.
