TrackMix is built to respect your privacy. This policy explains, in plain language, what does and doesn't happen with your data.
Your audio files are never uploaded
All audio processing in TrackMix happens locally in your browser, on your own device. When you open a file in a TrackMix tool, it is not transmitted to us or to any server. We never receive, store, or have access to your audio. Closing the browser tab discards it.
Information we collect
- Anonymous usage analytics. We use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits and see which tools are popular (e.g. page views, country, device type). This data is aggregated and does not identify you. We do not sell it.
- No accounts. TrackMix does not require sign-up, so we do not collect names, emails, or passwords for using the tools.
Advertising
Tool pages may display advertising to keep TrackMix free. When advertising is enabled, ad partners (such as Google) may use cookies or similar technologies to show relevant ads and measure performance. Where required by law (e.g. in the EU/UK), you will be asked for consent before such cookies are set, and you can decline. This homepage and our information pages remain ad-light.
Cookies
We use the minimum cookies/local storage needed to remember your preferences and, where applicable, your advertising consent choice. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.
Children's privacy
TrackMix is a general-audience tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as TrackMix grows (for example, when advertising or a Pro plan launches). The "last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
